Muji is a Japanese design brand which produces quality daily goods. With it minimum design philosophy and Japanese aesthetic, it quickly became popular around the globe.

無印良品是日本設計品牌,生產優質的日用品,並憑藉其極簡的設計理念與日式美學,迅速風靡全球。

Recently an app, Muji passport, was made to encourage customer coming to Muji store. With the physical stores, Muji offers public a venue to try out their products, and create experience in these well decorated vibe. The experience is unique but also down-to-earth, it is like taking a micro vacation in your own city, and that’s what we thought why Muji branded this app as “Muji passport” .

無印良品旗下開發的 Muji Passport,旨在鼓勵顧客光顧無印良品店面。透過實體店面,無印良品為大眾提供了一個感受無印產品美學的場域,在精心佈置的店面中創造獨特的氛圍。獨特的品牌體驗與腳踏實地的作風,就像在自己的城市中度過了一個微假期,而這也是我們認為無印良品將這款 App 命名為 “Muji Passport” 的原因。


There are three main features in this app:
1. Passport, to track how much times customers visit Muji stores, and give them discount      accordingly.
2. Product Catalog, to provide more info to the customers, and possibly encourage them        to buy more product.
3. News, to release brand related news or some interesting story.

這款 App 有三個主要功能:
1. Passport,紀錄顧客光顧無印良品商店的次數,並給予相應的折扣優惠。
2. 產品型錄,為客戶提供更多商品資訊,並刺激顧客的購買慾。
3. 品牌消息,發布品牌相關新聞以及有趣的故事。

Our goal:
1. make the lifestyle more desirable, by redesign the UI.
2. make user experience more smoothly, by redesign the user flow.
3. make user feel rewarded once they visited Muji store, by visualize the reward system        better.

透過重新設計UI,使品牌打造的生活風格更加令人嚮往
藉由重新設計使用流程,讓使用體驗更加順暢
打造更好的可視化獎勵系統,提升顧客在訪問無印良品店面時的品牌體驗


Passport
Muji passport records how many times customer have visited Muji store, and how much they’ve spent. Every 100 miles will gives customer a 10 dollars coupon.
In the default page, there’s a oval ring with a plane that will encourage people to complete the oval ring by visiting Muji store or spending money on Muji product. There are also basic member info and a barcode for scanning coupons by the cashier.
In the coupon page, customer can view all the coupon they have got.
Every Muji store has it unique stamp, customer can save them in their stamp page once they visit a new Muji store.

Muji passport 記錄了使用者光顧無印良品店面的次數和消費金額。每 100 英里就能兌換一張 10 元的優惠券。
在預設頁面中,有著浮動飛機圖樣的環狀儀表板,鼓勵使用者通過光顧無印良品門市或是購買產品,來達成圓環上的里程碑。
此外,也提供基本的會員資訊,以及供收銀員掃描優惠券的條碼。
在優惠券頁面中,使用者可以瀏覽自己獲得的所有優惠券。
無印良品的每個門市都會有獨一無二的印章,每當顧客光顧新的店面時,印章便會紀錄在此頁面中。

Product Catalog
All the product can be view in this searching page, through the category tag and search bar on top, users can quickly navigate themself to the product they want.
In the product page, users can view photos of the product, comment, and check where they can buy it nearby.

在商品頁面中,我們縮減了原頁面過長的路徑,以頂部的標籤、搜索欄以及篩選功能,來增加使用者搜索目標商品的效率。
商品以交錯式卡片呈現,同時增加商品圖的版面佔比。
在商品詳細頁面中,商品圖以滿版展示,強化商品的視覺吸引力,使用者可以觀看其他用戶的評論,並瀏覽附近的庫存門市。
